We are sorry to inform you that due to the nature of our product, we can only accept cancellations before midnight.
Our factory starts baking at 12AM to get the orders ready by 5 AM. After that time, the order will be packed and sent out.
To cancel an order before midnight on the day of delivery, please follow these steps:
- Go to "More" at the bottom of the main page.
- Then "Activity History".
- Choose the order you wish to cancel.
- At the end of the order page, you will find "Cancel".
If you would like to cancel an order after it has been packed, you can do so by contacting our customer service team through the app.
