Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order through the app as long as it has not been packed yet by following these steps:


  1. Go to "More" at the bottom of the main page.
  2. Select "Activity History".
  3. Choose the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the order page and tap "Cancel".


If your order has already been packed, you can request cancellation by contacting our customer service team through the app.
