Unfortunately, we can't change an address after placing the order from your side.
If you'd like to place a new order with the correct address, you can cancel your current order and place another one.
To cancel the order from the app, you can:
- Go to "More" at the bottom of the main page.
- Select "Activity History".
- Choose the order you wish to cancel.
- Scroll to the bottom of the order page and tap "Cancel".
If there is only a change to be made to the building number or floors, you must contact our customer service team through the app to inform the delivery associate of this information before they arrive at your new location.
