What are the terms and conditions of the referral program?

Welcome to the Breadfast Referral Program! These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our referral program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to residents of Saudi Arabia aged 18 and above.
  
  

• To participate, you must be a registered Breadfast app user with an active account.
  
  

2. Reward Delivery

• Cashback is added to your Breadfast wallet within 2 working days of the referral’s qualifying order.
  
  

• Cashback is non-transferable, has no cash value, and can only be used on the Breadfast platform.
  
  

3. Referral Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Breadfast has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. The following activities are considered referral abuse and may result in account suspension, reward cancellation, or permanent ban:

• Creating multiple fake accounts to refer yourself.
  
  

• Referring users with invalid, temporary, or fake contact details.
  
  

• Using bots or automated scripts to generate referrals.
  
  

• Any manipulation or “gaming” of the system to gain rewards unfairly.
  
  

We reserve the right to audit referrals and withhold or revoke rewards at our sole discretion if abuse is suspected.

4. Fair Use & Termination

• The referral program is offered at Breadfast’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
  
  

• Breadfast reserves the right to limit participation, revoke eligibility, or amend these terms at any time for compliance, operational, or legal reasons.

• We reserve the right to update, replace, or change the terms and conditions  of Breadfast referral program at any time and without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Breadfast is not responsible for:

• Referral links not working due to technical issues.
  
  

• Delays in reward crediting due to unforeseen issues.
  
  

• Any misuse or loss of referral credits after they are issued.
